Why Buy a Franchise Instead of Building from Scratch?
Owning an Treasured Hearts ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) franchise isn’t just a smart business move—it’s an opportunity to build a meaningful, scalable enterprise in one of the fastest-growing sectors in healthcare.
Demand for ABA services continues to rise as awareness and diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder increase nationwide. Families are actively seeking high-quality providers, and in many areas, the need far exceeds the available supply. That means you’re stepping into a market with strong, sustained demand and real impact.
An ABA franchise gives you the advantage of a proven business model. Instead of starting from scratch, you benefit from established systems, training, branding, and operational support. This reduces the typical risks of entrepreneurship and accelerates your path to profitability. From clinical protocols to marketing strategies, you’re equipped with tools that have already been tested and refined.
Beyond the business aspects, owning an ABA franchise is deeply purpose-driven. You’re helping children develop critical life skills, supporting families, and contributing to lasting change in your community. It’s a business where success is measured not only in revenue, but in real human progress.
Revenue Sources
Financially, ABA services are supported by insurance coverage in most states, creating a reliable and recurring revenue stream. With consistent client needs and long-term treatment plans, your business can achieve stability while continuing to grow.
If you’re looking for a business that combines strong market demand, operational support, recurring revenue, and meaningful impact, an ABA franchise stands out as a powerful opportunity.
Our Story...
Steve and Pamela Reza – Founders of Treasured Hearts ABA LLC
Steve Reza and Pamela Reza built Treasured Hearts ABA on one unwavering belief: quality must always come first.
When they opened their first clinic in Chesapeake on January 4, 2021, they weren’t just starting a business—they were answering a calling. Steve brought the precision, systems thinking, and leadership forged through his career as an inspector with the Office of Inspector General at the CIA. Pamela brought the heart: her expertise as a BCBA and LBA, her dedication to children with developmental delays, and her determination to create a place where children would always come before profits.
Together, they combined purpose with process, compassion with strategy, and vision with action.
The journey was not easy. It was built through sacrifice, long nights, difficult lessons, and relentless perseverance. Pamela had grown tired of seeing companies prioritize revenue over the children they were meant to serve. Steve was preparing for retirement and searching for something more meaningful—an opportunity to build a legacy that would truly matter. They knew they could create something better.
And they did.
Pamela developed individualized treatment plans that empowered children to thrive while mentoring behavior technicians to become exceptional caregivers. Steve designed the operational systems and infrastructure necessary to build a strong, scalable organization rooted in excellence.
In 2024, they proved their vision could grow—launching a second clinic in Southwest Florida that became fully operational in just six months. What started as a dream was becoming a movement.
By 2025, their mission evolved from simply building clinics to building leaders. They realized their true impact would come from empowering others to carry the mission forward.
Then, in February 2026, the next chapter began: the launch of the Treasured Hearts ABA franchise model.
Today, Steve and Pamela are equipping driven entrepreneurs with the systems, training, and confidence to build clinics that do more than succeed financially—they transform lives, strengthen families, and raise the standard of care for children everywhere.
Their story is proof that when purpose leads the way, growth becomes more than business success—it becomes a legacy.
